| We do not sell our puppies to just anyone... Please go to the puppy applications page and fill the required info and tell us about yourselves. This must be done before any purchase of a puppy. You will be required to sign a legal and binding contract with Pawfectchis for the purchase of your puppy before the puppy leaves our home to yours. Pawfect Chihuahuas guarantees our puppies to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge from the time of sale. Despite the following list of "rules", we are very easy going. If we're selling you a puppy, it's because we genuinely like you and feel that you will be a responsible pet owner. As people that have purchased Chihuahuas ourselves, we believe that if humanly possible, you should visit the breeder, see the parents and look at your puppy in person before putting down a deposit. We understand that this may not always be possible and we will take extra photographs and thoroughly discuss your concerns if an early visit is not practical. We do not "hold" puppies without a deposit... regardless of having an appointment to see a specific puppy. We do "jump through hoops" to make sure that, if you have an appointment, the puppy you're interested in will be available. We don't start taking deposits until the puppies are TWO WEEKS OLD unless you are on our waiting list, then there is a $250 non-refundable deposit required. This policy is in place to ensure people on the waiting list are serious about purchasing a puppy. GET YOUR NAME ON THE WAITING LIST IF WE DON"T HAVE ANY PUPPIES AVAILABLE. We review the current email's and contact those individuals that are still interested and seem qualified. Deposits are nonrefundable. Two exceptions: (1)We choose not to sell the puppy based on our discretion. (2)Puppies health. Puppies can normally go home after 8-10 weeks. By this time, your puppy will be completely weaned, eating whole dry puppy food on its own, and very "sturdy". If your puppy is traveling (by plane or very long car ride), we may hold your puppy to the full 10 weeks. Some, however, may need to stay longer depending upon size, depending upon their weaning process and their ability to eat solid food. The purchaser agrees to have their puppy checked by a licensed Veterinarian with in 72 hours of time of purchase, if their veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with this puppy, it will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value at once or when a puppy is available, or a full refund will be given with the return of the live animal along with a letter from their veterinarian stating the problem with the puppy. The puppy must be returned. Should the puppy die of mysterious circumstances before being returned, it will be the buyer's responsibility to obtain an autopsy on the puppy to determine the cause of death on the puppy. If the buyer does not have this puppy vet checked within 72 hours for their own protection, the buyer agrees to take the puppy as is with no warranty whatsoever. Any signs of neglect or abuse will void this agreement. We feed our puppies Eukanuba. You will be provided a small zip lock bag of Eukanuba when you purchase your puppy. Puppies are sold on a pet only contract only. You must have your pet Spayed/Neutered prior to 6 months in age and forward Pawfectchis proof of this. If you have concerns about this policy, Our own vet is experienced in this surgery and we can provide you his number if you wish to discuss it with him. This is not negotiable and you will be asked to sign a contract on this basis. If it is not complied with, then there will be a $5000 dollar fee charged to you along with legal action at the expense of the buyer(s). All of our Chihuahuas are current on their vaccinations and dewormed before they leave our home. We accept: Checks are accepted for deposits, normally not for final payment, cash or money orders please. |
