This is the contractual agreement for the breeding of:

The above-described bitch shall be bred to: Pork Chop

1.The bitch must have good temperament, at least one (1) year of age and
in good health with current vaccinations, including Rabies etc… and flea
prevention program.
2. The following requirements must be provided to the stud owner prior to
the breeding of the bitch:
Negative Brucellosis report from a Veterinarian within 10-days of breeding
A recent photograph of the bitch (if out of area)
Photocopies of title certificates
Any medical information available in case an emergency arises
Emergency contact number in case of emergency arises
3. The bitch owner agrees to keep the bitch confined and inaccessible to all
other male dogs after the mating to ensure that no other dog could mate
her accidentally, before mating season is finished.
4. The bitch must be brought to the stud dog for service. The bitch will
bred every 24 hours and/or as long as she will stand.
5.Stud dog owner will take all reasonable precautions for the care and
well-being of the bitch. During the bitch's stay, she will be cared for as if
she was our own. She will be exercised at least three times a day, to be
fed twice daily or per owner's instructions.
6.In an emergency, if, after reasonable effort, we cannot locate the bitch
owner in the case of emergency, the signature of the bitch owner on this
document, hereby authorizes us to take whatever actions our authorized
Veterinarian recommends to maintain the health of the bitch.
Return Service:
1.The stud fee is $_300.00___ and is to be paid at the time of service, or
unless mutually agreed by the two owners. The stud fee is in no way
refundable in whole or in part.
2.If the bitch fails to conceive, a return service at no charge will be given
to this bitch provided the owner of the bitch notifies the stud dog owner
within 70 days after the projected whelping date that no puppies were
whelped.
3. In addition one (1) live-born or dead-born puppy will constitute as a
successful mating and satisfies the stud fee. If failure to produce at least
one (1) live-born or dead-born puppy then a free stud service to the
original bitch, or a mutually agreeable bitch will be offered at a mutually
agreeable time. If the original stud dies, is sold or otherwise not available,
Pawfect Chihuahuas have the right to breed the bitch with one of our
other studs, our choice, unless both parties agree mutually on another
choice.
All transportation charges and veterinary expenses will be the
responsibility of the owner of the bitch.
4. Where applicable, the owner(s) or agent(s) of the bitch shall pay a pick-
up of fee of $_25.00_ to Pawfect Chihuahuas or it’s agent for airport pick-
up, delivery and return of the bitch to the airport.
Pawfect Chihuahuas has the right to use pedigree, photographs, Internet
presence/web page and promotional materials of the litter for marketing
purposes of our stud dog: Pork Chop.
If no puppies result from the return service, this entire agreement is
terminated and the stud owner/agent is released from any further
obligations hereunder.
The Litter:
1.It is specifically agreed hereby that the owner/agent of the stud dog is
not obligated to sign the litter registration of this litter until the stud
owner/agent has inspected the litter and unless the stud fee has been paid
in full. In case of a puppy in lieu of puppy fee the stud owner shall not
sign litter registration application papers until Pawfect Chihuahuas has
possession of puppy or puppies as agreed to and specifically under Stud
Service Agreement.
2.It is further agreed that puppies produced from this breeding will not be
knowingly sold or transfered to any owner, employees, agent or individual
connected with a wholesaler of dogs.
3.The bitch owner warrants that any puppies having serious and/or
disqualifying faults that would make it detrimental for the Chihuahua breed
and breeding purposes as well as any puppy sold as 'pet quality' to be sold
on the Non-Breed Agreement and/or Spay/Neuter Contract.
4.All conditions stated herein apply to the bitch and are not affected by
change of ownership of the bitch.
Puppy Fee:

1. The following requirements must be met in the case where a puppy is to
be received instead of a cash stud fee:
Stud owner has first choice of one puppy, either sex, at no earlier than 7-
weeks of age.
One puppy constitute as a litter, so if there is only one puppy, regardless
of sex, this puppy shall be my choice of the litter.
If no puppies survive to the age of 8 weeks, Pawfect Chihauhaus have the
right to receive full cash stud fee as covered above.
The bitch owner agrees to sign and release the puppy's registration
certificate, once obtained to the stud owner, and agrees that the puppy
registered name will be determined by the stud owner and will carry the
'Pawfect Chihuahuas' registered kennel name, in addition to the bitch's
owner's kennel name.
